DialPlug Bitrix4 Call Tracker - Supported Devices Matrix

Some Android phones have inherent limitations where calls cannot be recorded, and hence following issues may be observed:

  • No voice of either side in Call recording
  • Voice of the calling person is very low and not audible
  • Voice is clear only when “Automatic Enable Speaker” feature is ON
  • Voice is not clear or garbled

Please note that above issues are NOT caused by our App but actually could be due to mobile phone limitations as set by the manufacturer or due to inherent hardware problems in the device

We have compiled a list of supported devices that we have tested. If your device is not working, then please let us know and we can evaluate the same for the right settings.
